Are the pools heated?
Our natural mineral water is by nature already warm when pumped from the Earth. Our outdoor hot tub is kept at ~103°F (~39°C), our outdoor pool at ~90°F (~32°C), and our indoor hot tub at ~99°F (~37°C).
Where are the mineral waters?
We pump natural mineral waters from the ground into all our hut tubs and pool; minerals such as: alkaline, calcium, silica, magnesium, and sodium. The water in the rooms is normal water from the city of Desert Hot Springs.
What time do the pools close?
We don't have pool hours so our waters stay open 24/7. We do not maintain temperatures between the hours of 10:00 pm - 7:00 am (22:00 - 7:00).
Do you use chlorine in your waters?
We are required by law to use certain chemicals, but we try to keep these chemicals to a minimum, including chlorine, to ensure our customers get the most natural and clean mineral water as possible.
What is the total number of Rooms?
We are a small, privately owned Resort with a total of 10 rooms. We have a total of 4 Single California King Bedrooms and 6 Double Queen Bedrooms. If you are looking to book the entire Resort we are unable to house more than 32 people.
What is in my Room?
Our bedrooms come with your own private bathroom and fully equipped full size kitchen. Brewing coffee machines and ground coffee is in every room. We don't offer breakfast or on-site dining. Room service, concierge, or laundry services are not available. Room cleaning services are available by request.
Is allowed?
Desert Hot Springs is a place for relaxation and comfort, so here at Lido Palms Resort and Spa we do our best to create a peaceful environment to all our guests. We don't allow pets, children, smoking or vaping. Clothing is not optional and noise should be kept to a minimum.
What's included in my reservation?
When making a reservation, aside from your room, you have access to our mineral hot tubs and pool, our dry sauna, and our outdoor grills. Unfortunately, massages are not included, however you are able to book a massage for a separate charge.
Can I experience the waters without a reservation?
Certainly! We offer day passes for guests that don't need or want to book a whole night's stay. Walk-ins are accepted, you can call to make a reservation, or you can book online here.
