Requirements
For security and safety purposes valid identification and a credit/debit card is required at check in. All guests must be at least 18 years of age to make reservations or enter the resort.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
If you wish for an early check-in or a late check-out, a $40.00 fee may apply. Early check-in and late check-out is not guaranteed. Any checkout after 1:00 pm will result in a charge equal to a one-night stay.
Our office closes at 8:00 pm. If you wish to check-in after hours, you must notify us ahead of time. After hours check-in is not guaranteed. Failure to notify us or respond to our attempts to reach out to you may result in terminating your reservations.
Non-smoking
Lido Palms Resorts and Spa is a place of relaxation, comfort, and fresh desert air, so we are a non-smoking resort. Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes are not allowed on the property. This includes pool zones, spa zones, bathrooms, or inside rooms. If smoking is found to take place on the property, a $200.00 cleaning fee may be charged.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel reservations for any reason, you may do so up to 48-hours before your check-in day free of charge. Cancellations, rescheduling the check-in date for a later date made within 48-hours, failures to cancel, and "no-shows" will be charged a one-night's stay and the reservation in its entirety will be cancelled. Holidays and special events have their own cancellation policies. Guests are welcome to continue to use the public facilities as long as they have checked out of the room until 3:00 pm.
Not Pet Friendly
Here at Lido Palms Resort and Spa we love our furry friends but not everyone is in the same boat. No pets are allowed. Service animals and their owners must behavior what is deemed appropriate behavior by Federal and State law and must obey all hotel policies. Failure to comply may result in fees and/or removal from the property.
Noise Levels and Conduct
Peace is a difficult thing to achieve nowadays but we take every action we can to make our guest's stay as peaceful as possible. We expect all guests to be respectful and mindful of each at all times. Disorderly, annoying, inappropriate, and noisy behavior is not tolerated. Some examples of these behaviors may include, yelling, shouting, splashing in pools, and dismiss and disregard for other guests. We reserve the right to charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation is given to other guests due to noise. Failure to cooperate or extreme acts of inappropriate conduct my result in being asked to vacate the property.
Day Guests
Access to the property and facilities are for registered guests only. Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 day guests per stay free of charge. Day guests must follow all requirements and hotel policies and must leave the property by 8:00 pm. A $55.00 charge will apply per person to each day guest that is here past 8:00 pm. We reserve the right to deny entry at any time if rules are not being followed or we are nearing capacity.
Spa Treatments
In the event that you have a spa treatment and need to cancel or modify your booking, please do so at least 24-hours prior to your arrival date. If a treatment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment’s start time, or if you do not show for the appointment, guest will be subject to a cancellation/No-show fee of 100% of the spa treatment charges.
Pools and Other Facilities
The following are rules and information for all bodies of water and all guest accessible facilities at Lido Palms Resort and Spa:
The pools are not gated or fenced. Take precaution with yourself and belongings when walking around the pool.
There is no Lifeguard on duty.
Use the pools at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
During dangerous weather conditions we advise you to refrain from using the outdoor pools.
No glass in or around the pool any time. Broken glass must be reported immediately. Guests are subject to a hefty fine if glass shards, pieces, or remnants are discovered in the pool. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for specialized cleaning and if compensation is given to other guests due to the closer of the pools and/or injuries.
Be mindful of others in and around the pools. This includes but is not limited to, speakers, splashing, and shouting.
Facilities are first come, first serve bases. Plan accordingly and make arrangements ahead of time.
Be mindful of others personal space and property.
