Lido Palms Spa Package

Renew your spirit with a series of treatments designed to give you a new glow. Allow yourself to drift into a blissful state with the 50 minute Swedish Massage or any one of our 50 minute body scrubs or wraps, followed by one of our 50 minute signature Facials. $185

Day Spa Package

4 hours access to mineral water pools and grounds. Alcohol may not be brought onto premises. Four-hour use is complimentary for spa customers on day of treatment. $40

Couples Massage

With two of our finest therapists on hand, you and your partner can enjoy a 50 minute Swedish or Shiatsu Massage in our couples’ treatment room. Champagne and truffles will be awaiting your return to your room. $235.

Desert Springs SPA Information

What do I need to bring?

The SPA provides you with a robe, towel and slippers, in addition to grooming amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. Many other items are available upon request.

Should I bring my valuables?

How early should I arrive for a SPA service?

We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself ample time to check in, change, acclimate to and enjoy the SPA facilities.

What should I do before my treatment?

Showering is essential before any treatment, because the beneficial oils are best absorbed through clean skin.

Are there health benefits to a SPA visit?

The guaranteed benefit of a SPA visit is your immersion in a relaxing environment, which reduces stress. Stress reduction is one of the major contributors to good health. Many SPA services are geared to easing various aches and pains. Additionally, take-home programs can help you make lifestyle changes for long-term benefits.

Should I alert someone if I have any physical ailments, disabilities or allergies?

Yes. Please notify your therapist at the time of treatment.

Should I avoid the SPA if I’m pregnant?

Not at all. Of course, you will want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat. Please advise your therapist of your due date and he or she will assist in determining the best treatments for you and your child.

Do I have to disrobe entirely for a SPA treatment?

This is your experience and we want you to be comfortable. It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their SPA services, although you may wear a swimsuit or undergarments if you prefer. Keep in mind that our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times. No one will cross the boundaries you define as uncomfortable.

What are the rules of SPA Etiquette?

To ensure that you and those around you reap the full benefits of the SPA experience, we suggest the following:

Arrive early. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next guest isn’t delayed, regardless of how late you begin.

Respect other guests. The SPA atmosphere is one of tranquility and relaxation, so respect the other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones, pagers and smoking are prohibited in the SPA.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included and may be given, at your own discretion, for exceptional service.

Guest SPA Use

Day guests receiving treatments at the SPA are entitled to complimentary use of the resort facilities during the period two hours before and after their treatments.

Day Resort Use

Day customers not receiving treatments at the SPA will have 4 hours access to the mineral water pools and grounds. Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises.

Age Policy

Guest must be 16 years and older to receive massages and facials treatments. Gender of therapist may be requested by Guest.

SPA Hours

SPA: 9:00am- 8:00pm * Hours of operation are subject to change at management’s discretion.

Reservations & Cancellations

Booking your SPA reservations in advance is strongly recommended. Please call Lido Palms Resort & SPA directly at (760) 329-6033.

As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, we strictly adhere to the SPA cancellation policy: If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please advise us at least 4 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the scheduled service, workout, or activity. For cancellation of a package, 24-hour notice is required.

The Lido Palms SPA features the all natural Eminence Organic Skin Care Products line in our new three treatment room facility. Our imaginative and innovative SPA services menu offers pampering from head to toe with a wide selection of facials, body treatments and massages.

Organic skin care is natural beauty you can see and feel. The Eminence Organic Skin Care line offers a truly exquisite experience with products that are so natural that you can see the fresh fruit pulps, seeds, and smell the real herbs. The philosophy is simple and natural, and it fits with the modern need of finding a natural skin care solution.

The allure of fresh scents and appearance is inviting, but wait until you feel the difference that natural active ingredients like real Hungarian paprika, wild plum, and apricot make. Its active ingredients are certified in Europe and adhere to the strictest of quality control. The Eminence skin care line has undergone independent dermatological testing in Japan, where it now has a large and loyal following by both SPAs and clients. Eminence Organics goal is to provide premium products and unparalleled service to leading salons, SPAs and beauty professionals. Its products are not mass produced and do not contain artificial coloring or fragrances. Ingredients are handpicked and hand harvested to ensure premium quality. Every ounce of Eminence products receives personal attention to product and package.

After harvest, the ingredients are stored in temperature-controlled conditions for four months, during which time all traces of bacteria die off. They are next blended with a rare and completely unique thermal water sources rich in minerals and potency.

Research revealed that the combination of salt and fresh waters in the ancient sea contained plant and animal life trapped for thousands of years by the earthquake, which submerged the lake.

The resulting properties, including mineral salts and trace elements, produced rare and unique ingredients, and the 9.5 pH level of this lake proved soothing and good for dry skin. The layers of earth through which this water emerged also provided rich ingredients that had been fermented, heated (at approximately 73 degrees Celsius) and preserved for centuries.
